Accomplished Financial Leader with over 20 years of international experience across banking, corporate finance, and asset management. She has held senior executive roles in Australia, Mainland China, and Hong Kong, bringing a global perspective and cross-industry expertise to drive strategic growth.

Her career began in Australia, where she served as a Senior Advisor at top-tier accounting firms, guiding multiple Chinese and Hong Kong enterprises through successful IPOs in Hong Kong and the U.S. She later transitioned to an Italian construction firm as Regional Project Director (Hong Kong & Shanghai), overseeing financial planning and execution for large-scale projects. Most recently, as Operating Director (Hong Kong) at a Beijing-based asset management company, she led asset optimization, financing, and M&A initiatives, delivering measurable value for stakeholders.

Combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, she specialises in end-to-end financial solutions, empowering organisations to achieve their goals in global markets.

Joannes Ho

Seasoned Financial Executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in multinational financial institutions, specialising in high-net-worth asset allocation and global investment strategy.

His distinguished career includes senior roles such as Senior Client Advisor at Yunfeng Financial Group, Financial Management Director at IDMS Integrity Management Limited, and Managing Director at UCAP Securities (Hong Kong), where he spearheaded business expansion across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Previously, he held key positions at premier international banks, including EFG Bank SA (Switzerland) and Crédit Agricole Indosuez (France), honing his expertise in cross-border wealth solutions and high-performance team leadership.

Beyond finance, he is an accredited mediator with the Hong Kong Mediation Centre, combining deep industry knowledge with dispute resolution proficiency to deliver holistic client value.

Joe Law

CFO

He is a HKiCPA qualified accountant, an international mediator, a commercial arbitrator and a Japanese interpreter and has over 30 years’ experience in Finance, accounting and investment. Previously he was the CFO in Promise HK Ltd. and was a currency trader in The Sumitomo Bank Limited (Hong Kong Branch), also was in the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Hong Kong and Pricewaterhouse Hong Kong. Currently, he is a Vice Chairman of the Association Family Office in Asia, and also a member of Hong Kong Mediation Centre.

Peter Shan

With over 20 years of experience in global capital markets research and investment management. He has successfully navigated multiple bull-bear cycles across both U.S. and Chinese markets. Specialising in quantitative ETF and derivatives strategies, he has developed sophisticated cross-market allocation techniques that utilize index ETFs and derivatives to maintain 24-hour balanced risk exposure. A CFA charterholder since 2006 and graduate of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (M.S., 2002), he combines strong academic foundations with practical market experience to create systematic investment solutions. His expertise spans quantitative strategy development, cross-border portfolio construction, and dynamic asset allocation between U.S. and China markets, making him particularly skilled at managing complex global investment scenarios.

Dr. William Chan

Business Development Director

He is a highly qualified professional with over 30 years of experience in education, banking, finance, and business. He has taught banking and financial services for 23 years, developed securities and futures examination programs for a decade, and led professional qualification courses accredited by the Chartered Institutes of Bankers London and HK Institute of Bankers. He has also taught at institutions like the University of Manchester, where he earned his Master’s Degree.

In addition to his academic work, he has contributed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs and held senior roles in international banking and insurance organizations. Recently, William is an invited Advisory Council Member of the renowned Harvard Business Review. William is a Life Fellow of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI), Vice President of the Hong Kong Association of Financial Advisors Limited (HKAFA), and a Certified ESG Strategist member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified ESG Strategists Ltd. (HKICES).

Peace Chen

Peace Chen Wo Ping is a seasoned financial professional with approximately 10 years of experience in Private Equity, Commodities Trading and Financial Compliance with various family offices.

Peace also has a long term focus in gold and currency trading, and used to actively involved in the establishment of a Crypto currency exchange in Hong Kong with total transaction over 20 million HKD. He is skilled at risk assessment and transaction structure design, and can use multiple financial tools to help enterprises and high-net-worth clients achieve wealth growth and risk management. He has demonstrated outstanding capabilities in cross-border financial business and project investment management.

Peace graduated from University College London (UCL) with 4 years integrated master degree in Information Management for Business (IMB). After came back to HK, he obtained an advanced certificate in Operational Finance and Compliance issued by City University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Compliance. He is now an SFC licensed representative for activities type 4 and 9.

Alan Cheng

With 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical strategic management and cross-border investment, as well as an EMBA background from Zhejiang University, Mr Cheng has led a number of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry, and has managed over US$1 billion of family wealth in depth. His team focuses on providing overseas asset allocation services for mainland families, including global pharmaceutical asset layout, identity planning and trust structure design and other integrated solutions.

Adhering to the core concept of ‘professional empowerment and inheritance’, combined with the spirit of ‘seeking truth and innovation’ of Zhejiang University, he is committed to becoming a long-term strategic partner of the family, helping to achieve sustainable wealth appreciation and generational inheritance.
